This resort is truly beautiful with stunning views and lovely amenities. However, the service left a lot to be desired, from slow bar staff to complicated check-in procedures. The pool, which was supposed to be a highlight, was actually too cold to enjoy. Overall, while the surroundings are breathtaking, the service and some facilities could really use improvement.

I had a decent stay at the resort, mainly enjoying the gigantic pool with stunning sunset views, which is perfect for groups. The breakfast was abundant and very enjoyable, but the dining options for lunch and dinner were limited. Unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed and struggled with training and organization, which impacted the overall experience. Also, unexpected billing issues with additional fees were quite frustrating.
